The focus of the session is on the individual's interaction with the horse and how that interaction can be used to gain insight into their emotions, behaviours, and communication style. The horse is used as a mirror for the individual's thoughts and feelings, allowing the facilitating team to help the individual identify and work through any issues.

Group or family EAC can be an effective way to promote positive interactions and relationships within a group or family unit. It can also provide a unique and engaging way to work through issues related to communication, trust, and teamwork.

Outcome based activities targeting skills development such as leadership, communication, trust, personal development and task achievement. These activities can be facilitated in different ways to align with specific group dynamics or goals. This is done in a fun and engaging manner where groups of all ages can participate and learn.
Sessions are designed around group needs and is an enjoyable half day out in nature.

The team is lead by Bronwyn Taylor who holds her Counselling Psychology Honours degree and is a qualified Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Mental Health Specialist through the Equine Assisted Psychoterapy Institute of South Africa. The team is completed with the help of the horses as well as knowledgable peers specialised in Equine Behaviour, Substance Abuse and Trauma.
"I have always been passionate about horses and working in the Psychology field. I grew up riding horses competitively and still do as my main hobby. I have worked in the Equine industry for the past 10 years and have always worked towards incorporating my Psychology degree with my passion for horses. I have seen and experienced the immense healing power horses can have on people and aim to use my unique skills to guide people towards a peaceful and fulfilled life."
